LabCare is designed so that saving laboratory history is a user choice. Temporary processing and saved account history have different retention purposes.

Temporary uploads

Public pre-account uploads are temporary and are configured to expire automatically. They are used to provide the requested preview and are not intended to become a permanent personal archive by default.

Saved laboratory history

Reports and structured laboratory information intentionally saved to an authenticated account may be retained to provide timeline and history features until deletion under applicable product and privacy procedures.

Requesting deletion

Where an in-product deletion control is available, users can use it for the relevant saved item. For account or privacy deletion requests, contact support@labcarehealth.com from the email associated with the account.

Important

Some limited records may need to be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal obligations, or other legitimate purposes described in applicable policies.
