How we approach sources.
Trust should come from being able to understand how information is assembled—not from unsupported authority claims.
Source hierarchy
For educational health content, LabCare prioritizes authoritative public-health and medical organizations, professional guidance, peer-reviewed research, and established clinical reference material when appropriate to the question being explained.
Source-to-claim fit
A source should support the specific educational statement being made. LabCare does not treat a general reference as proof of a stronger claim such as diagnosis, treatment effectiveness, or clinical validation of the LabCare product.
Reference ranges are contextual
The laboratory range printed on a user report remains important context. LabCare does not assume that a single generic range applies to every laboratory, method, or person.
AI-assisted processing
Automated systems may assist with extraction, organization, routing, and generation of educational explanations. Automation does not convert LabCare into a medical provider and does not make generated content a diagnosis.
Corrections
If you believe educational material is inaccurate or a source is being used incorrectly, contact support@labcarehealth.com with the page and issue.
